First Class Teacher Award

So I found out a few weeks ago that I would be receiving this award called "First Class Teacher". This award is given to one new teacher at each school in the our district (Mesquite ISD) . We have several new teachers at my school and I was chosen out of all them to receive this award. This was quite a shock. We had a nice reception for the award this week and here is a picture of my 4th grade team, principal, and myself.

It was a big surprise to have my whole team there! They are so wonderful and I am glad I have the opportunity to work with such great people!
