Ham's Orchards

Every summer we eagerly await the opening of Ham's Orchards on May 15th! The orchards are located in Terrell, TX. We have been going every summer for the past 4 years! They have the best peaches we have EVER had!!!! Unfortunately you can not pick your own peaches, but they do have various berries available for picking throughout the summer. Mr. Ham has a building that you can walk around in and pick out your peaches and other various fruits and veggies. They also have numerous breads, jams, desserts, salsas, sandwich mixes (chicken salad, etc.). They also make numerous flavors of homemade fudge there as well. Something new they have as of last summer is an outdoor pavillion where you can eat lunch! They serve hotdogs, hamburgers, and grilled chicken sandwiches! Of course one thing they are most famous for is their homemade soft serve peach and strawberry ice cream!!!!!!!!!!! A trip to Ham's Orchards is not complete without some yummy ice cream!!! We definitely recommend a trip there if you haven't been!
