Last BABY Step

We finally took the plunge and decided to get rid of the pacifier over the past 2 weeks! Kinda sad and kinda happy! I did 1 week of giving it to her at nap/bed times only and then this week I went cold turkey. On Monday she fussed a little at both morning & afternoon naps, but at bed time she went down like a champ! We did watch her on the monitor rummaging around her crib through all the blankets, etc. to try and find her paci, which was very sad, but she eventually just gave up and rolled over and went to sleep! Everyday since then has been just fine. It is hard to believe/grasp that my sweet little angel baby is not really a baby anymore and is growing into such a fun, sweet, and oh so cute little girl!!!!!!!!!

Yes, we may have had a very rough start to life with her, between the horrific labor & delivery, colic, and finally figuring out her nutrition....BUT things are SO GREAT right now and she is seriously the BEST little girl we could ask for!!!!!!!!! She's definitely into everything, has little moods every now and then, but she is SO MUCH FUN right now and learning A LOT and we are thoroughly enjoying life with her!!!
