Well, we are finally knocking things off of our "Necessities" list!!!! Last weekend was the washer and dryer. This weekend we have purchased a fridge and blinds!!!!! We bought the fridge last night at Best Buy and got a steal of a deal!!! It was 15% off and then all Energy Star appliances are tax free this weekend, so it was tax free as well!!! Who hoo!!!!!!!! Below is a picture of the fridge!!! The only thing that is different about ours is that it will have stainless steel handles as well!
We have also been searching and searching for the right kind of blinds and have been to Home Depot and Lowes about 2 times each. Well, when Ryan was doing the punchout with the builder this week he recommended a local guy in Rockwall that owns his own blind business. We met up with him today, picked out some 2 1/2 in. faux wood blinds, and he will be installing them for us on June 9th or 10th!!!!!
We have been very fortunate to find all these good deals and have been really pleased with everything so far!!!! As for now we just can NOT wait to move in!!! We close in 2 weeks and then move in on June 19th!!!!
